Privacy policy
The short version: we collect as little as we can, we do not sell anything about you, and we do not run ad trackers. The rest of this page is the specifics.
01
What we collect
Three things, and nothing more.
- What you send us
- Your name, email, company, and whatever you write in a project inquiry or an email to us.
- Aggregate traffic
- Page counts and referrers, with no cookies and no cross-site identifiers. We cannot tie a visit to a person.
- Contract records
- For clients: the billing and contract details we are legally required to keep.
02
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to do the work you hired us for, to send invoices, and to know roughly how many people read a page. That is the complete list. If a use is not on it, we are not doing it.
03
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information.
- Run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
- Add you to a mailing list because you emailed us once.
- Train models on client code or client data.
04
Who else touches it
A small set of vendors, each under a data processing agreement: our email provider, our accounting and invoicing software, and the hosting provider for this site. We do not add processors casually, and we will name the current list on request.
05
Client project data
When we build for you, your users' data belongs to you. We are the processor, you are the controller, and the engagement contract governs it. We deploy into infrastructure you own or control, we hold the minimum access needed to do the work, and that access is revoked at handover.
06
How long we keep it
- Inquiries
- 24 months, then deleted
- Traffic counts
- Aggregate only, no expiry needed
- Contracts & invoices
- As long as tax law requires, then deleted
07
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@frogcp.com and we will act within 30 days. No account, no ticket system, no hoops. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
08
Changes & contact
If this policy changes materially we will date the change at the top of this page and email active clients. For anything else: privacy@frogcp.com, or write to frogCP LLC, and we will answer in plain language.
